Oracle offers a Free Tier Sign Up 2 Autonomous Databases, 20 GB each when compared to the 1 database, 20 GB from AWS. This is a very generous offering for a Free Tier.

Amazon has a single instance of EC2 A1 ARM Compute. The A1 instances architecture is the first EC2 instance powered by AWS Graviton Processors that feature a 64-bit Arm processor.

Oracle offers double the number of ARM servers when compared to AWS. Making them the winner for best offering in Free Tier for ARM.

So you could have Up to 4 instances of Arm Compute Power.

Oracle’s Free Tier Ampere Altra A1 Compute (80 core) server workload, which can all be used for web servers and containerized microservices similar to AWS. This is 24 GB of memory usable as one VM or up to 4 VMs.
