I am so sorry to hear your friend was mocked during an interview. I've had my fair share of mockery. I believe professionals working who are in a position of advantage over an interviewee should not treat people below them. Sad to see, no company will ever stand up for the interviewee being mocked. I say "terminate" the mocker, immediately.
