What does being left holding the bag mean in an American culture?

Well, let me explain, people without the understanding of responsibility will almost always fumble the ball in the fourth quarter.

I suggest you have a look at your internal corporate teams, specifically look at their accomplishments.

Ask yourself…What have they done for you? Why are they working for you?

AND I suggest you fire the under performers quickly.

Layoffs happen, it’s normal. It’s not fun for anyone. I get that.

We are all aware companies target individuals based on their own policies, we see this time and time again. It is awful. If you are a company then make the change by becoming ethical.

If you are a recruiter who practices unethical business strategies on the weak minded, you will be next.

Companies these days are so easily unaware of talent in the tech industry, that they miss all sorts of opportunities to grow it and harvest it.

Companies need a wake up call, and need to respect individuals that work harder not smarter.

No one speaks up. AND No one solves the problem.
